The hotel is in a safe location and has ample free parking. The staff are wonderful! Really efficient. The female desk attendant in the morning was really pleasant, cheerful. It helps that the staff are bilingual as well. The breakfast has a good selection of options (the eggs are fluffy and buttery! A must!) and the attendant is cheerful, helpful and always in the look out to clean any spillage, clear tables or assist in anyway. The wonderfully smelling toiletries are sustainable in that they are in queeze bottles minimizing container waste (very advanced!) and it is helpful that they designed a very chic sink and siuated it outside of the restroom to give people immediate access to wash their hands or face. The rooms face an open courtyard so you don't feel boxed in and the courtyard is well maintained (even saw a guy mop underneath the swamp cooler to make sure it looked pristine). Coffee and water is 24/7 at the lobby (which is great!) and parking is free! If you are on a budget but want a welcoming and comfortable place to stay, I cannot stress enough how grateful we are on how this place is being handled by the staff. To all the guests, please be kind to the staff, they are a blessing and give their all in the tasks that they do. I hope Best Western acknowledges how great this place is being run!
